BMS Consulting operates on a flat management structure with all stakeholders playing an important role in shaping the direction of our business. We are a highly experienced team of professional building services engineers with knowledge across all aspects of the sectors. 

Our practice was established by our Andrew Schilling who has some 30 years industy experience, having held senior roles at Laing O'Rourke and delivered many large-scale projects,

The business has grown steadily and we now have strong team of seasoned professionals.

Whilst we specialise in Building Mangement Systems and Smart Building solutions, we also have expert knowledge of all apsects of building services engineering.

We operate as both 'white cover' support service providers when working as sub-consultant or under direct appoitents when providing client services.

BMS Consulting was established to provide specialist design and consultancy solutions to the building services industry. Our simple philosophy is to enjoy our business, provide high-quality service and to work with clients who share our values.

Our Principals have built successful careers through hard work, integrity and honesty. We are driven by a passion to conduct our business based on these staples.
