Who we are
We are a highly experienced team of professional building services engineers with knowledge across all aspects of the mechanical and electrical systems
Our practice was established by our Managing Director, Andrew Schilling who has some 35 years industry experience, having held senior roles at Laing O'Rourke and delivered many large-scale projects throughout the UK and beyond.
The business has grown steadily and we now have strong team of seasoned professionals.
Whilst we specialise in Building Management Systems and Smart Building solutions, we also have expert knowledge of all aspects of building services engineering.
We operate as both 'white cover' support service providers when working as sub-consultant, or under direct appointment when providing support to end-user clients.
