BMS Consulting have been appointed as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the BMS Controls automatic controls package since 2015. We have produced the RIBA Stage 3 and 4 BMS Specification and overseen the Stage 5, contractors detailed design process.

Working as part of the BDP design team, we have been involved in the project on a full-time basis tosupport the successful delivery of this major, prestigious project.

We have also been responsible for the development of complex building fire alarm ‘cause and effect’logic. This has been a huge challenge which has spanned a 4-year period.

We are engaged to support the commissioning process to ensure that the BMS system operates inaccordance with the design intent. We are incredibly proud of our involvement in the Astra Zenecaproject.

We were appointed to work directly for Astra Zeneca to support Post Occupancy Evaluation and toassist with a comprehensive BISRIA Soft Landings programme during 2023. This is an ongoing role.

We now act as a Subject Matter Expert supporting Astra Zeneca on both BMS controls and buildingservices issues, both on the existing HQ building and furthermore recent developments.
