We are really proud of this commission for the National Treasury Management Agency, a state body of the Irish Government.

BMS Consulted were approached in 2023 to undertake an independent review of the extensive BMS systems installed at the newly develop Technical University Dublin, Grangegorman Campus, following concerns raised by The Authority.

​

We carried out extensive surveys which consisted of a desktop review of the BMS head-end, as-fitted documentation and a detailed site survey to inspect the associated installations.

​

Our survey works resulted in a schedule of observations of over 1,500 recommendations, ranging from BMS configuration issues, device installation considerations, mechanical plant configuration queries and commissioning shortcomings.

Comprehensive reports were issued, and these were provided to the works contractors for their consideration and action.

​

As a testament to the professional approach that we have taken to this commission, we have also been asked to look at various other schemes throughout the city of Dublin and beyond.
