Our building energy audits are undertaken in accordance with recognised industry standards including ISO 50002, ESOS Phase compliance requirements, and CIBSE guidance, providing a structured and auditable approach to energy assessment. We carry out detailed on-site surveys supported by half-hourly energy data analysis, benchmarking, and system-level evaluation of HVAC, electrical infrastructure, and BMS control strategies. Plant efficiency, control logic, schedules, setpoints, and operational performance are assessed against design intent and actual occupancy patterns to identify performance gaps and inefficiencies. All findings are developed into fully costed energy conservation measures, with quantified energy and carbon savings, predicted payback periods, and prioritised implementation pathways, delivering a clear and technically robust roadmap to long-term energy and carbon reduction.
