BMS Consulting are appointed as a critical friend to Manchester City Council for the current refurbishment project of the Grade 1 listed, Town Hall. Our involvement with the Town Hall Complex dates back to 2010 and we are pleased to carry on this association through the refurbishment of this magnificent building.

Prior to forming BMS Consulting, Andrew Schilling produced the integrated building specification for the Town Hall Extension and Central Library transformation project. He then went on to oversee the successful implementation of the systems.

BMS Consulting’s current role is to undertake peer reviews of the building services contractors design and any related specialist sub-contractor proposals. We are bound by the terms of a nondisclosure agreement and therefore cannot reveal any further details relating to the project, but we are incredibly proud of our relationship with the City and our involvement in the scheme.

We have been involved in heritage projects throughout the country and to bring our experience back to our home city is a dream come true.
