This week, our Business Manager attended the first PA and EA community event, What’s in Store Events, hosted by James Clinton at the fantastic Louis in Manchester.

It was a great opportunity to connect with other professionals in the PA and EA community and take part in valuable conversations around work–life balance, the realities of business, and the important role that EAs and PAs play in supporting organisations and leadership teams.

At BMS Consulting, we recognise the vital impact that strong operational and executive support roles have on the success and efficiency of businesses, so it was fantastic to see an event dedicated to celebrating and developing this profession.

Congratulations to James Clinton for hosting such a fantastic event, and thank you to Holly Moore, Mike Dignam, Joel B., Katy Leeson, Michaela Wakeman, Kat Schofield, Emma Frost and The Collective Concepts for sharing such valuable insights and experiences.

Events like this highlight the strength of the PA and EA community, and we look forward to seeing many more initiatives like this in the future.
